  1. Melting tank, dispensing nozzle and manifold could be heated orderly to avoid dispensing nozzle being over-heated and reduced carbonization of HMA. Added the heater on the manifold to get on production on line, approx. need heating time 15mins upon machine is power on.
  2. Weekly timer for setting the time to turn on and off machine automatically by requirements.
  3. The function of keeping warm as a “Stand By” status to reduce carbonization of HMA and to conform to friendly environment.
  4. Extended glue transfer pipe to get more area for spraying.
